Can You Scale Up or Down?

Yes! QuickBooks Online allows businesses to adjust their plans as their needs evolve.

Scaling Up

  • You can upgrade from EasyStart → Essentials → Plus → Advanced at any time.

  • Upgrading unlocks additional features immediately.

  • All your data remains intact when you upgrade.

Scaling Down

  • You can downgrade from Advanced → Plus → Essentials → EasyStart, but with limitations:

    • You may lose access to features that are not available in the lower-tier plan.
